Walk & Talk

Walking is a great form of low intensity exercise with lots of benefits; it’s free, it’s a great social experience and can have a huge impact on both our physical and mental health.

With various walk lengths planned (lasting no longer than an hour) with trained walk leaders, Links Park Community Trust continue to develop their walking (and social) group in Montrose with the aim to encourage more people to become active and stay active through walking. Walks will finish with a cuppa at Links Park Stadium!
